How do I report a non-delivery of service?

All Travel Providers have a duty and contractual obligation to report any non-delivery of service. We understand that you may want to inform us so that we can take care of it, including reimbursement or replacement services.

In the event of a non-delivery of service, we ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible and within 3 days of the end of your trip.
